Practical is a language-learning app offered by Nubico Software Technologies SL.

1. Use of the service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

3. Premium subscription

There is a monthly and a yearly subscription with additional features (free chat, more situations, level C2 and natural voices).
Depending on where you buy, billing is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 h before the end of the period.
You can cancel from your store settings or from the Stripe portal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are handled by the corresponding store; for web payments, write to us.

4. Generated content

Conversations, corrections and voices are generated automatically with the help of a language model and may contain errors; they are a practice tool, not professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its contents belong to us or to our licensors. The content you write remains yours.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. Contact: hola@nubico.tech.
